We have changed the venue to Jodi's Grill (as posted on Facebook) with dinner at 6:00 p.m. and the meeting at 7:00 p.m. The committee for the designation of delegates for the County Assembly will still meet at 5:30. There is a television in the bar if anyone wants to sneak out occasionally to watch the debate. The meeting itself should not take too long.
We set this date in November long before there was a debate scheduled for that same night. We need to hold this meeting because we have a Lincoln Day Dinner coming up on February 20, 2016. Making that a good event depends on the work of lots of people and lots of planning. Please try and attend this meeting and volunteer to serve on one of the committees.
We also have our County Assembly on March 1 with the State Assembly on April 8 and 9 in Colorado Springs. This is a critical election year so we all need to "rally the troops!"
If you are going to be there for the dinner, please let me know. (Reply to this email.) They are setting up for 17 people to eat with each of us ordering from the menu. I would like to be able to let them know exactly how many to set up for.
See you Thursday night.
