As of this morning, over one million of our fellow Coloradans have ALREADY cast their ballots in this year's critical mid-term elections. While Republicans are building up a strong lead in early ballot returns, I know that our early lead will narrow as we approach Election Day and every single vote could make all the difference between victory or defeat.
So far, there has been no credible evidence of any widespread or coordinated election fraud or breakdowns in the systems that are in place to ensure a clean election. We have aggressively gotten to the bottom of every single report or allegation of potential voter fraud, and we are closely monitoring the process as steps have been taken to resolve a handful of isolated administrative errors that have come to our attention in a couple of counties.
Our local Republican leaders have done a great job of recruiting the Republican election judges that are already in place and manning key aspects of mail ballot processing, signature verification, and assisting at the voter service and polling centers in every single county.
But I know that Democrats and their liberal allies will stop at nothing to try to keep Mark Udall and John Hickenlooper in office and retain their majorities in the Colorado state legislature.
Our Colorado Republican Party's legal team and top campaign operatives are closely monitoring returns, new registrations, and other key aspects of the election process, and have been working for months with our county clerks and the Colorado Secretary of State to help make sure adequate safeguards and processes are in place.
However, there are few counties and areas of the state where we may need some extra help with Republican poll watchers up to and including Election Day.
If you or have other dependable volunteers that are available and interested in helping out with this important special project to help ensure the integrity of Colorado's elections, or if you wish to participate in some of the remaining poll watcher training calls and webinars on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, click this link to fill out a quick survey to let us know how to reach you and when you are able to help out with these important assignments:
A member of our legal team or campaign staff will be in touch with those that register as GOP poll watchers online to confirm poll watcher assignments, and to let your county party chairman know we've got your county covered.
If you observe any irregularities in voting or reports of problems at any voter service center or polling center, if you or any of your local volunteers experience any difficulties in performing their duties as credentialed poll watchers, or if you need to report any election-related incidents or problems you observe during early voting or on Election Day, immediately contact the Republican Legal Team Hotline below or send a text message to or email
