*Badge Fees

There is a Badge Fee for all Delegates ($70), Alternates ($60), and Guests ($60) at State Assembly.  (You cannot gain admission without a Badge.)

Otero County GOP will pay the Badge Fee for our elected Delegates and Alternates.  Guests, including non-delegate/alternate family members, must make arrangements for a Guest Badge at their own expense.

Due to the expense of the Badge Fees and the need to have committed Delegates and Alternates, Otero County GOP will require a Badge Fee deposit from State Assembly Delegates ($70) and Alternates ($60) to assure their attendance.  After attendance at State Assembly, the deposit will be refunded in full.  Lack of attendance at Assembly will result in forfeiture of the deposit.  (Suggestion is to write a check that will be held until after the Assembly.  The check will then be returned/destroyed if Assembly was attended, deposited if Assembly was not attended.)

Delegates and Alternates are also responsible for all their own travel, lodging, and other personal expenses.  Otero County GOP does not provide any funding or reimbursement of expenses.
