Presenting Property Rights Workshop for all ranchers
Deeded, USFS and BLM rangeland and State land

Dr. Angus McIntosh has over 16 years of federal service working throughout the Western States primarily for the US Forest Service and the Natural Resource Conservation Service as a Range Conservationist and Rangeland Management Specialist.

He has conducted over 60 seminars and workshops on valuation of property rights in Western states on federal land/split-estate ranches.

Dr. McIntosh is admitted as an Expert Witness in the Federal Courts and has given expert testimony and reports in the Federal District Courts of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

He has given testimony before the State Legislatures of Arizona, New Mexico, Montana and Nevada on Water Rights, Range Management and Federal Regulatory Impacts on Property Rights.

Beverly Rave, raised on a ranch, has over 40 years experience in ranch management, lease management, private and federal land acquisitions, disposals and exchanges.

Rave worked as the Northwest District Manager for the Colorado State Land Board for 10 years, managing over 400,000 acres of state land with 450 leases, before moving to Denver to serve as the Field Operations Section Manager.  There she managed seven District offices with oversight of about 3,000,000 surfaces acres with 3,500 leases and participated in the management of over 4,000,000 mineral acres of state land for over 8 years until her retirement in 2013.

Since retiring form the State Land Board, Beverly has been working as a consultant/advocate for farmers and ranchers in Colorado, particularly in matters associated with the State Land Board, BLM and USFS.  She will bring insight about the Walk In Access legislation facing all State leases.

Presented by Colorado Independent CattleGrowers Association & Southeast Colorado Private Property Rights Council.  This is a free workshop and membership is not required.
